Frequently Asked
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance for peak season (spring and fall), and 3-4 weeks minimum for off-peak dates. However, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
Do you travel outside your service area?
Yes! We're happy to travel for events. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and will be discussed during your consultation.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely. Our packages are designed as starting points. We can add upgrades, extend guest counts, or create a fully custom design to match your vision and budget.
What's included in setup?
Full professional setup and styling is included in every package. We handle delivery, installation, arrangement, and final touches so your space is completely ready before guests arrive.
What about breakdown after the event?
Breakdown and removal of all rentals and décor is included. You don't have to worry about cleanup—just enjoy your celebration.
